Delivery

We know how exciting it can be to order something awesome on the internet so we aim to make the process as smooth and fast as possible.

Delivery costs

We offer flat rate shipping of $8 for most items.

Occasionally oversize items will be shipped at a higher rate which will be specified on the product page. 

FREE SHIPPING for orders over $150.

Couriers

We use New Zealand Couriers Green Pacs or Courier Post Eco Trackpacks for the bulk of our orders. This packaging is made from recycled materials and once used is also fully recyclable again. Our couriers cannot deliver to PO boxes, so please provide a physical address for delivery.  All parcels over the value of $100 will require a signature on delivery for security and peace of mind of both ourselves and you, the customer. Should no one be present at the premises to sign for the parcel, a card will be left and your parcel will be available for collection from the courier depot stated on the card. 

Packaging

We will wrap your items very carefully using pre-loved packaging wherever possible. So expect that some of those bubbles may have already been popped! We also try to use recyclable packaging wherever possible. 

Dispatch and tracking

We aim to process and dispatch your order with 2 working days of receiving it.

Once your order is dispatched we will send you a shipping confirmation email and will advise you which courier company we have used. We will provide you with a track and trace number which you can enter into your courier’s website to follow its progress on its way to your door. It may take some time for your order to enter their system so if it doesn’t show up immediately, then check back later in the day. Please note that any specified delivery dates are estimates only and we shall not be liable for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances or delays due to an incorrectly filled in delivery address.

Delivery Times

We aim to have all of our products in stock, however if there is any delay we will notify you via email and occasionally a product may be shipped directly to you from our supplier. 

Delivery time is 1-4 days depending on where you live. If you are rural delivery address then please be aware that your order may well take an extra 1-2 days to arrive.

Cancelling your order

If you wish to cancel your order, then please contact us on 021 528 843 or email us at info@thegooddesignstore.co.nz as soon as possible. If you cancel your order before it is shipped, then you will receive a full refund. If you cancel the order after it has shipped, then you will be charged the delivery fee and the cost of returning the item to us will be borne by you.

International Delivery

Unfortunately at this stage we do not have an international shipping option, however if you would like to make an overseas order, please feel free to contact us and we can arrange a quote for you.
